On Saturday, September 3, we joined some friends at the Patuxent River Naval Air Station (Pax River), Maryland to see the Blue Angels fly.  They are always impressive.  I took about 370 photos and this is the first time I've run out of memory cards.  It was easy to do since I put the camera on rapid fire and took 7-10 photos for each pass.  None of the photos have been cropped or altered.  See the photo album for more photos.

Ryan's first day of school as a second grader.  Ryan's front tooth is almost ready to come out.

There are 15 kids at the bus stop this year.

Andrew, Roy and Ryan.  There were lots of parents at the bus stop that first day too.

Mark, Michelle and 8 month old Remy visited for a long weekend.  We took the opportunity to ride the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad from Cumberland, MD to Frostburg, PA (12 miles).  See more photos in the photo album.

After the train ride, Ainsley rested at a picnic table and Ryan discovered why one brick sounded funny when he walked on it.

Back at the house, Remy is the center of attention.  See more photos in the photo album.

This was our second cub scout campout and this one was at near by Burke Lake.  It's funny how many Moms stayed for all of the activities, but drove home to sleep in a nice comfortable bed instead of a cool night in a tent.  Mike Rigo woke the camp to revely at 7:00am.  All of the scouts in the den rented row boats to go fishing after breakfast.  Unfortunately, our hook kept getting caught on the bottom, so rowing around was more fun.  See more photos in the photo album.
