Ainsley loves exploring in drawers and cupboards, so we set aside a few drawers for her toys.  She also loves to help unload the dishwasher as we are trying to load it.  Watch the low resolution video (0.60MB) or the high resolution video (2.61MB).

Ryan and his friend Devon had a co-birthday party at Algokian Regional Park on the bank of the Potomac River.  We rented a picnic shelter and had a BBQ, crafts, a 3-legged race, and water balloon toss.  Devon's grandmother made a train of small cakes.  There must have been over 20 kinds of sprinkles and candies.

On of Ryan's birthday presents was a computer game called Dig'n Rigs.  You choose any of the 4 types of construction vehicles and go around town, the airport, seaport, zoo, amusement park and more to perform various tasks.  The controls strap onto a keyboard.  Watch the low resolution video (0.39MB) or the high resolution video (1.72MB).

Guess who loves to empty Ryan's bookcase in his room?  Guilty!

The kids had a good time during a weekend vacation to Poppy and Grammy's house on the Chesapeake Bay.  June 2000 was the last time Ryan was here.  We had a rain delay the first day, so we found other ways to keep ourselves busy.  See the low resolution video (0.70MB) or the high resolution video (3.10MB).
